Asked Episode 250 To Reveal a New, Body Positive Johnny Landin!

The Podcast world has been abuzz on what exactly is planned for the upcoming Asked w/Riv, Landin and EdWood 250 available next week.  Earlier today, consultants for Asked Creative confirmed that the very foundation of the series would see a massive change – and they meant it literally as Asked Creative intends to introduce a newer, fatter, Landin.  Be warned plot spoilers for Asked #250 are below, so if you don’t want to be spoiled this is your last warning.

Landin will be receiving a dramatic new look when he’s curbstomped by arch-nemesis Seth Rollins into a vat of ice cream and ribs known as the Gluten Pit, which will cause Landin to become a newer, darker, older, fatter Johnny Landin.  Brian D. Roth and Jon Bazman have confirmed this is the “NEW” Johnny Landin.  He won’t be killed off and have someone take his mantle.  This isn’t an alternate universe or what-if.  This is the "New" Landin, a 400 lb. man with no neck and really bad fashion sense.

"We are very excited for this New Look for Landin.  This is a very body-positive Johnny!  He'll still have the same super-strength.  Afroman paved the way for obese people to be very strong, and we felt it was the right time.  He's a Landin we feel the fans can relate to."

The New Landin comes hot on the heels of such dramatic changes to characters such as “homosexual Green Lantern,” “Female Thor,” “Arab Ms. Marvel,” and “Black Captain America,” and is said to be the most body-positive male character since Fred Dukes, the Blob, actively graced the pages of the Uncanny X-Men.

Also we learned that former professional wrestler, turned “annoying guy who whines ABOUT getting rich off wrestling,” CM Punk, would be the special guest writer for the show. 'I've never been a big fan of that series, but I'm going to write it anyway to sell more t shirts to the 6 nerds on the earth who still chant my name at house shows.'  When asked if he’d sign an autograph, CM Punk, promptly told fans to “fuck off” and mumbled something about Colt Cabana’s butthole and ice cream bars.

Asked Studios would not confirm at this time if there are plans to retcon Jason Rivera into being a Filipino Transsexual Amputee with Crohn’s Disease. Although they did reveal a new costume for EdWood:

It is expected that Asked Consultant and host of the 2 Angry Guys podcast, and resident comic nerd, Jon Colon would be running the Asked Booth at Comic Con and sell posters, action figures, t-shirts, and host a special ama reddit regarding the New Johnny Landin.
